Every order is branded to your specification, so we quote each one individually. Ordering takes four steps, and your quote confirms the price, branding method and lead time before anything goes into production.

Confirm your order

We send your quote with a product visual. Reply to confirm and we schedule production.

Approve your proof

You receive a final proof to approve before your items go into production.

Receive your order

Your products are delivered within the lead time stated on your quote.

Making an enquiry

Use the enquiry form on any product page, Live Chat, email sales@zestpromotional.com or call 0161 672 5804. We will discuss your requirements and check the product you have chosen is the best option for your artwork.

Your quote

A quote is supplied for each product, confirming the price, branding method and lead time. If you have a required delivery date, include it in your enquiry and we will confirm whether it is achievable.

Confirming an order

Reply to the email with your quote to say you are happy to proceed, including your invoice and delivery addresses if they are different. We then confirm the order with a Sales Order or Pro Forma invoice, depending on your payment terms.

Artwork

Send your artwork with your enquiry so we can quote accurately. You can upload it when entering your details online, or attach it to an email to sales@zestpromotional.com.

Preferred Vector files (.ai, .eps or .pdf) scale to any size without losing quality. We can work with almost any file type, so send what you have.

Visuals and proofs

In most cases we send a visual with your quote to confirm we have understood your requirements. Before production starts you receive a proof to approve, and you can request changes at this stage.

Artwork redraws

If your artwork is not in a workable format, our in-house design team will redraw it. In most cases this is free of charge, unless the artwork is complex and needs extensive work.

Payment

All new accounts pay in advance unless agreed otherwise.

Credit terms

30-day credit terms are offered subject to account history and a satisfactory credit check. Public sector organisations are offered a credit account once we have completed a supplier application, and official purchase orders are required.

Bank transfer

Our bank details are supplied on the invoice.

Credit card

Card payments are processed through PayPal, and you do not need a PayPal account. We can take card details over the phone or send you a secure link to pay online.

Delivery

Our prices include delivery to one UK mainland address unless stated otherwise. Any additional delivery charges are shown on your quote before you order.

Lead times

Every product shows a standard lead time. This depends on proof approval and stock availability, so we confirm your delivery date on your quote.

Express

Many products are available on express lead times for an additional cost. Ask our sales team when you enquire and we will quote accordingly.

Delivery times

Couriers deliver up to 6pm on working days. Morning deliveries can be arranged for an additional cost.

International

We ship worldwide using DHL, TNT, UPS and FedEx. Ask our sales team for prices.
