Can you deliver branded merchandise directly to an event venue overseas?

Zest Promotional delivers branded merchandise to event venues worldwide, including across EMEA, the USA and Asia. We manage the full logistics chain — production, export documentation, customs clearance and delivery to the venue or nominated address. For international deliveries we need local EORI or equivelant identifier availability, the destination country and the required date, confirmed at briefing stage.

How far in advance do we need to order event merchandise?

Lead times depend on the products, branding method and destination. UK delivery for standard branded merchandise typically requires 3–4 weeks from artwork approval. International orders requiring customs clearance need more lead time — we recommend a minimum of 6–8 weeks for complex international shipments. We run events throughout the year — can you hold stock and despatch as needed?

Yes — storage and call-off is one of the most cost-effective ways to manage an events merchandise programme. We hold your branded stock in our secure warehouse and fulfil against it as your events schedule requires. You order once at a volume that achieves competitive pricing, and we pick, pack and despatch to each venue or address throughout the year.

Can you supply merchandise for a large flagship event and smaller regional events?

Yes. We regularly manage tiered events programmes where a main event requires higher volumes and satellite or regional events need smaller quantities. Storage and call-off works well here — stock is held centrally and distributed to each event location as required, keeping brand presentation consistent across the whole programme.

What is a promo pack and how does it differ from standard event merchandise?

Standard event merchandise is typically distributed loose at a venue — bags, lanyards, branded clothing and so on. A promo pack is a curated, packaged set of products assembled by us and delivered either to the venue or directly to individual recipients. Each pack includes a quality gift box, branded box label and a custom insert card. They work well for VIP delegate gifting, speaker gifts, or post-event follow-up sent directly to attendees' addresses.
